CNH Industrial NV (NYSE: CNHI / MI: CNHI) announces a new strategic structure as part of the company’s transition to a leading organization in the agriculture and construction sectors following the spin-off from the Iveco Group .

This organization aims to achieve key strategic objectives, all of which respond to the vision of CNH Industrial: Sustainably advancing the noble work of global agriculture and construction workers.

A new organizational model

This structure adopts a lean and agile business approach and defines clear accountability. It includes the complete list of appointments within the management team (SLT).
